So - we had a great little visit from Nathan and LeeAnn yesterday... as usual they spoiled us and we had so much fun with them. The girls got to get out of school a little bit early and played with Nate. We went to the skate park and then LeeAnn cooked us a great dinner! THANKS!! :) It was so nice to have a little time to just relax and do something different! We love you guys!

I have been thinking about your sweet Ellie feeling sick at the thought of school because of lunch time. I know you are working to get that changed (Good for you!!) but I had an idea for you in the meantime.
I think, if I COULD, I would go check her out 5 minutes before lunch everyday and have a picnic with her out front. Then you could return her in time to resume school with everyone else. She can enjoy her meal in peace until her school leaders get it together. She may even look forward to that few minutes with you in the middle of her day! Some may think that's too extreme but I think it's worth the effort if she's so upset by the environment that it's physically bothering her. No child should have to feel that way about heading to school each morning.
Just an idea. I wanted to put it out there for you because I've been feeling so bad for Ellie since I heard that. I hope it resolves soon for everyones sake.
