Cooking Class and other new things...

We had our monthly cooking club at my house last Saturday! It was lots of fun! So far the girls have learned how to make homemade cinnamon rolls, sugar cookies, brownies and then I taught homemade pizza! It's been a really fun thing to do!!

Last week Lindsey took a sewing class too at one of our friend's house. She is making a purse! It's going to be sew cute!! :) We will post pictures of that when she finishes next week!!! It's so great to see my girls learning these important skills! I LOVE IT!

Also this past week we had another FIRST/LAST- with our ward, it was Lindsey's first time doing baptisms for the dead. It was really a great experience for her... and Matt's last time doing them with our ward!

Also- Matt got some great news yesterday- NO MORE BRACE! And he can start weight bearing! 8 long weeks of no weight on that leg, he was so excited. He got to ride a bike at PT and he was just grinning from ear to ear, he said it felt so good to move his knee after so long! (Things we take for granted eh?) But the BIG news is that one week from this coming Monday he gets to be off crutches!! YEA!!! We are so happy for him! He has been really patient and great during this trial! :)
