1. Katie's quilt. Katie cannot wait to move into Matt's room! So in preparation we tied this quilt for her new room. Her color scheme is purple&green. It turned out pretty cute! Lindsey, Katie and Ellie did about 95% of the work while Dave and I were working and Matt was at scout camp. They are getting to be quite the little quilters! It was a great project for them
2. California trip. We went to Disneyland and the beach last week. It was sooo nice to take some time off and enjoy some recreation. Thanks Emily and Chad and Cosi and Mark! We couldn't have done it without ya! It was a blast!
Upcoming events include taking Matt to college (Provo) in 2 weeks... Lindsey, Katie and Ellie starting school in 2 weeks. Leslie cutting back to part time in 3 weeks! YEA!!!
LOVE IT!!
This part is just for my own journal keeping purposes so you don't have to read on if you don't want to be bored:

What a great trip! Glad you could go and enjoy the time together.
Always on the move. Looks like 'tis the Best of Times, all the time. Sad to see Mateo leave the nest, but I guess it's time to spread his wings.
College???
And I'm thinking it was hard to drop off my kindergartener for the first time yesterday!
Looks like you had a fun trip! It was fun being with you and the Jensens at the beach. Good luck to Matt at college. We'll miss seeing him with Scott.
