So, I just have to write a little post saying how proud I am of my good kids this year! They all worked so hard! I am sorry if it seems like bragging... but this blog is really for us, for my records so I just want to record all that they have done this year.

1. MATT- had an awesome fall semester at BYU with his best grades ever. Worked hard at the MTC (a difficult job). Had fun on an intramural ultimate frisbee team. He has adjusted well to being home from his mission and is definitely a stronger, better MAN. I am so thankful for his testimony, it is a beacon to our whole family.  It has been so great to have him around. Winter semester was hard for Matt, but he pushed through and did well. He moved out to liberty square with Jeff as his roommate. He dated Casey all semester and ended the semester getting engaged the week after finals. He is majoring in political science and really enjoys it. He is hoping to be a physical therapist. He is now working full time at doTERRA for the summer in the call center. Love this boy!!!!

2. Lindsey- her first year of High School was her favorite year of school so far. She had an outstanding sophomore year. She had so much fun on the XC team and loved her trip to Idaho with them. She made lots of new friends and went on lots of fun dates! :) She worked part time all year at the doTERRA call center as a janitor. She also served as MM class president and now is in her Laurel presidency. She did very well in all of her classes. This year was quite challenging academically, but she worked so hard and pulled off great grades with a 3.96 GPA.She took piano lessons from her Aunt Julie and is getting better and better at the piano. So proud of her!! :) Love her!!

3. Katie- Her last year of Jr. High was a great year for her!! She finally felt like she was at "home" here in Utah. She has a really awesome group of friends! She has had some fun times with her friends and worked hard all year. She too, had a great time in XC and improved a lot. She also ran track and did better than ever! She worked part time all year with Lindsey as a janitor at doTERRA. She also served in the MM class presidency. She continued to be in the orchestra (her last year) and took cello lessons from Aunt Linda. She still plays the piano and hopes to start lessons again this summer. She too, worked so hard on her academics. She had tough classes and a TON of homework this year. She managed to pull of a 3.96 GPA as well. So proud of her too!!! Love her!

4. Ellie- 5th grade was a lot of fun for Ellie. She has lots of great friends as well and had a fun time with them this year. She was super active in sports all year... started with soccer, then played basketball, then did a track team at school called girls on the run, then soccer again, and next week she will start swim team! She loves sports! A LOT!! :) She has also been able to take piano lessons from Aunt Julie and is getting better at  piano. We are so lucky to have Julie close by to teach them!! Ellie got straight A's all year and we are SUPER proud of her! She was student of the month early in the year and was voted "teachers pet" at the end of the year! Love her!!!

And just like that school is over! So hard to believe. Time is flying! I am getting more and more aware that my time with these girls is short. 2 more years for Lindsey and 3 for Katie... BOO!! I am trying to savor every minute, but it seems like life is so busy it prevents us from having enough time together! Argh... that's why I am looking forward to this SUMMER!!!

WOOOO HOOOOO!! Last day of school photo!! :) See those big smiles?

Awesome girls and Matt. What scares me is that I remember when you girls were all the ages of my oldest three. It is going to go by too fast. Congrats on all your accomplishments.
