HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!

Im sad I didn't get a picture of Lindsey... she was an 80s girl and left early that morning before school before I could get a picture of her :( Sad.... Lindsey and her friends dressed up as 80s girls and then ran xc in their costumes. She went to a "hot chocolate" party at Marys at night.

Katie was a cow girl... CUTE! She dressed up for school and ran xc in her costume with Lindsey. Then she had soooo much homework (had to finish reading a book, write a paper and do math) that she couldn't go to the party she was invited to. It was kinda sad.

Ellie was a baby... she was so cute in her giant pink bunny "onsie". She and 3 of her friends dressed up together (Maggie, Abbie and Hailey). They had a fun day at the school carnival and dance. Then Ellie went trick or treating with Maggie and Lindsey Sparks that night in our neighborhood. She made a haul!! :) FUN TIMES! BTW... after 17 years this was my last year going to an elementary school for one of my kids Halloween parades!! :) Wootwoo! :) Sad and happy all at the same time! Haha.

Dave's trip to China

Dave went to China last week. And while we miss him terribly while he's gone, it was kind of a cool trip for him... He stayed in the world's nicest hotel, was a block away from Tiananmen Square, and got to go to the Forbidden City. He said he learned a ton of Chinese History and found it extremely interesting. He was super busy the whole time and didn't get a lot of sleep... Here are some pics :)

I seriously CANNOT believe that I ran my first 5K!!!!!!! WOOT TO THE WOOTWOO!!!

I am so excited! I am starting to get why people like running... even though it's hard and hurts and everything else, it is so rewarding! :)

A real personal victory for me... I have NEVER run ... like EVER... always wanted to... never thought I could....it was a good day!

My awesome family came and supported me... driving around, taking pictures of me the whole way! :) It was so much fun!!! I loved it! I want to do it again! :)

Ellies last spring soccer game on Titans United

Beginning of the game. This has been a ROUGH team to be on and a ROUGH season. They didn't win a single game. But Ellie truly gave it her all. She really did! She was definitely one of the best players on the team! She worked so hard at every game and practice. She worked so hard at this game that she felt sick afterwards and had a fever. It was FREEZING at this game. Glad it was the last one!! :) Way to go Ellie! We love you!
