Memorial Day

 It was nice for Memorial Day to head down to the Provo Cemetery to visit the graves of both of Dave's Dads and his Christensen grandparents. So great to be there with Dan and Julie and their family. We went over to their house afterward for BYU ice cream and some delicious homemade hot fudge topping that Julie made! It was awesome! :))

Early Morning Fishin!

 So Matt has become quite the fisherman these days... He really got into it while he and Casey lived in Rexburg... so Dave & Ellie decided to join in on the fun. They got up early a couple of Saturdays in a row and went up Spanish Fork Canyon to do some fishing! Unfortunately they didn't catch much. Matt and Casey have frequented Strawberry Reservoir multiple times and are loving their new "boat" (raft).

END OF TRACK and SOCCER seasons for Lindsey and Ellie

This race was SOOO freezing!! It was in the middle of a total rainstorm!! Lindsey ran with her good friend Mary Christensen (state champ) who was helping to pace her.

 Ellie's team was so hard this year... they didn't win any games! Until the second to last game and then the very last game! Ellie scored a goal in their very last game! It was awesome! She works so hard! But she decided that she isn't sticking with soccer as her main sport. She has loved it - but wants to focus on other sports. She just tried out for the swim team and made the advanced team! Yea! She is excited for that. And wants to run track at Oak Canyon next year!

MOTHERS DAY

I was showered with homemade cards and great gifts on mothers day... but this one was my FAVORITE

WE'RE GOING TO BE GRANDPARENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know it's sideways... but this was Matt and Casey's way of telling us that they are expecting a baby in January! We are so excited!! Can't be more thrilled for them and for us too! :))

PROM 2014 Lindsey and Katie

Ever since these two were little girls I have known the day would come when we would have to buy two fancy dresses and that they would go to prom together :) It was so fun to see them getting ready and looking so beautiful!! :) Lindsey went with Ammon Nimmer and Katie went with Will Handley and they both looked so dang gorgeous! They had a great time!! :)
